URA/IRA dashboard — invoices, partners, reports, bank statements, monthly turnover and payment indicators

A business tracking web application with a PDF archive of incoming and outgoing invoices and bank statements — upload a PDF statement and the app posts the entries and closes payments against invoices by itself.

Key feature

PDF archive: all incoming and outgoing invoices and bank statements are stored in one place and always available. Posting flow: 1) upload the bank's PDF statement, 2) the app recognises incoming and outgoing payments and posts them, 3) payments are automatically matched to invoices and closed.

Challenge

Invoices, partners and statements were scattered across spreadsheets and emails, making it hard to see what was due and how turnover stood.

Solution

A dashboard with four modules — Invoices (open, receivable, overdue), Partners (clients and suppliers), Reports (invoiced amount and invoice count per year) and Statements (latest statement, unposted items) — plus tools.

Result

A monthly chart of incoming and outgoing turnover, collection and payment indicators in percentages, protected sign-in and a bilingual interface. Manual payment matching is no longer needed.
