A web application for Intrastat dispatches and arrivals — upload a PDF invoice, check the extracted data, create the report and export XML for submission to the Croatian Bureau of Statistics.

Key feature — the invoice is read in the browser

Reading runs locally, scanned invoices included (OCR), with no language models and no per-invoice cost. Green is confirmed, yellow a suggestion to check, red missing data. The partner is matched by VAT number, the tariff code is suggested from the code list and earlier documents, and a marked spot on the invoice is remembered for the same issuer.

From invoice to XML

Five steps in one place: 1) entry — manual, from a template, Excel or PDF, 2) check — controls flag errors, 3) report — items are summarised for the period, 4) XML — one form or all units in a ZIP, 5) confirmation — the bureau's status and reference number stay with the report.

Result

The CN code list from TARIC (about 9,900 codes for 2026), Croatian National Bank exchange rates, VAT checks in VIES, multiple reporting units for accountants and forwarders, user roles, two-factor sign-in and an activity log. Retyping invoices is no longer needed.
