A web application for tracking annual leave and sick days — employees submit requests, managers approve them and follow absences per branch in a calendar.
Challenge
Leave and sick days were tracked in spreadsheets and messages, making it hard to know who was away, how many days were left and who approved a request.
Solution
An app with a dashboard, absence calendar, personal requests, leave history, an employee directory and branch management — with admin permissions and assigning employees to branches.
Result
All absences in one place, a clear view of remaining days and faster approvals — no spreadsheets or manual counting.
