iNtrastat is a web app for dispatches and arrivals. Upload a PDF invoice, check the extracted data, create the report and export XML for submission to the Croatian Bureau of Statistics (DZS).

    By hand, from a template, from Excel or from a PDF invoice.

    Controls flag errors on the document before the report.

    Status, registration number and date of receipt stay with the report.

02PDF invoice import

The invoice is read in your browser.

Reading runs locally, including scanned invoices through OCR. It uses no language models and no per-invoice credits. The PDF is stored with the document only when you save the document.

  • Green: the value is confirmed, for example by a calculation or a code list.
  • Yellow: a suggestion to check.
  • Red: the value is missing or the calculation does not add up.

Invoice left, data right

Click a value to see where it was read on the invoice.

Mark the exact spot

Click “Mark” next to a value and point to it on the invoice. The spot is remembered for future invoices from the same issuer.

Partner by VAT number

If the VAT number read is in the database, the partner is selected automatically. A new partner is offered for saving.

Tariff code from the code list

The suggestion comes from the printed code, earlier documents, your library or a search of the CN code list.

Learning from earlier documents

Known goods get a tariff code, origin and a net mass estimate. Known words are translated into Croatian, and the original description is kept.

Calculation checks and duplicates

The app compares the item total with the invoice and warns about a PDF already imported or an existing invoice number.

Several invoices at once

Select several PDFs and review them one by one. You can also choose a page range and rotate a scan.

Before you decide

You submit the form yourself

The app prepares the XML, and you submit the form yourself in the DZS system. Direct submission from the app is not available for now.

The data needs reviewing

OCR can misread a character, and the tariff code is a suggestion. Review the data before transferring it. Responsibility for an accurate declaration stays with the declarant.
